As a Blackstone resident, it is required by the covenants to at least have a RESIDENT LIFESTYLE (Social) membership to the Blackstone Country Club (this goes into effect the day of closing and dues start accruing at that time – ACTION is required by the homeowner to access the Club by contacting the Membership Director).

Blackstone Homeowner Social Obligation:

• Monthly Dues: $205 (required)
• Food & Beverage Minimum: $10 monthly

*Please note that the base social membership does NOT have any golf or range access.  Tiffanie, the Membership Director, will be happy to review the Membership Collection and added benefits in its entirety including a Golf Membership upgrade if interested.
